Movement

If you haven't found your own favorite YouTube channel for your morning exercises yet, we have a few recommendations for you: Yoga/MobilityJulia Reppel's 15-minute morning mobility: If you're not really into yoga, I highly recommend mobility exercises. They are not particularly strenuous, but I feel so much better every time I do them. Julia Reppel has many high-quality videos on YouTube about this. • Morning Yoga with Mady Morrison: Mady Morrison is the most successful German-speaking yoga teacher on YouTube. She has a large portfolio of videos that are suitable for morning routines.

We recommend selecting one or two videos that you like and saving/downloading them so you can easily find them in the morning without having to choose from countless options each time.

You can also use an app for your exercises: We liked "Yoga | Down Dog" the most - available for Android and iOS. Breathing workWim Hof Breathing for Beginners (~10min): I love this so much! Before I did breathing exercises, I would have never believed what an immense effect they can have on mind and body. They are also very good for getting an energy boost without caffeine. • Quick Energy Breathing (~5min): My favorite video for my morning breathing session on the balcony. It makes me feel very present and drives away any lingering sleepiness.
