A diary is a valuable part of a good evening routine
Planning your day the night before can help you get out of bed more easily the next day, as you've already thought about why you want to get up. We recommend choosing a non-digital version of a diary instead of using an app, as it can help you focus and relax better in the evening.
It is best to use a blank book where you can write down all your thoughts and ideas. A gratitude journal can also be a nice addition.
