Planning your day ahead can really help you getting out of bed the next day, as you already know why you would want to get up. We would always advise you to go for a non-digital version rather than journalling in an app, because it helps you focus and relax better in the evening.
We would advise you to buy an empty book for writing down your thoughts and ideas. A gratitude journal can be a nice addition.
